When will I receive my first treatment?
From start to finish, you should have your first treatment on your doorstep in less than two weeks. Once you purchase and fill out your online consultation, your provider will review your case and be in touch with you within 48 hours. Once you receive your personalized treatment plan, it'll take around 5-7 business days for it to reach you.
How long does it take for my provider to complete my migraine consultation?
Our providers typically review consultations within a few hours and will always complete the review within 48 hours. You'll get an email letting you know when they've reviewed your consultation, and your treatment plan is ready to view.
How much does Cove cost?
Initial consultation price varies based on insurance coverage, but the average copay price is $30. No insurance? No problem. If you need to pay out-of-pocket, the consultation is just $99 which is less than seeing many in-person headache and migraine specialists.
The monthly fee for ongoing care is $10/month (billed quarterly). For this low monthly fee you get unlimited access to your Cove medical provider, regular check-ins, and the ability to make changes to your treatment plan at any time, plus tools and tips on how best to manage your migraine. No commitments—you can cancel this service at any time.
Generic prescriptions start at $15/month (billed quarterly). Cove offers 20+ FDA-approved prescription medications. Your medical provider will work with you to determine which medication(s) is best for your migraine.
How much does shipping cost?
Good news for your wallet! Shipping only costs $3 on most orders. Products that are shipped every 90 days have free shipping.
What is the Cove Refund & Return Policy?
All purchases of Cove treatments are final. This is because our products are medications, so once they are packaged for you, our pharmacy legally cannot use the products for another patient. Our pharmacy's regulations prohibit the return of prescription medications for reimbursement. This means that we are unable to accept returns of treatment for refunds, even if it is unused. How do I cancel my Cove subscription?
We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your Cove subscription. We offer a few options for you to modify or cancel your subscription(s) at any point: Fill out a cancellation form, call us at (877) 456-2683 from Monday-Friday, 10 am-6 pm EST, or email us at care@withcove.com. You are also able to cancel your subscription by logging into your Cove account and navigating to Treatment Plan.
